Shipping and Terms

Parties subject to contract are Centre Aviaire Johanne Vaillancourt SENC and the person placing the order and whose name is written on the order form. You can have our real address on Contact-us,  as well as on the Invoice and the Order Form.

All sales are final.

No refund unless product is flawed or damaged.

Shipment time
Shipments are sent by Canada Post. Shipping times are estimate based on average observed delivery time. If the delay in receiving your order seems longer than indicated, please contact us.

Canada: 3 open days
USA: 7 to14 jopen days
Europe: depending on shipping mode
1-Ground/boat, 6 to 12 weeks, usually 6 after we have received your payment.
2-air parcel, 2 to 3 weeks, usually 2 after we have received your payment.
Other countries: depending on shipping mode
1-Ground/boat, 8 to 16 weeks, usually 6 after we have received your payment.
2-air parcel, 2 to 3 weeks, usually 2 after we have received your payment.

Insurance
Canada, USA, Europe: Shipments are insured in case of theft, damage, loss, etc.
Other countries than those mentioned just above:  Shipments are NOT insured (sorry).
